“The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.”

“The hotel was nice and my room was overall good. There were a couple of tiny things that called into question how clean my room was (small stains on the carpet and some white goo on the bathroom wall). I was surprised that there were no usb outlets in the room. Overall, it was comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay”

“房間跟浴室很小，住過各個區域的easyhotel，這家的感覺最不好，跟櫃檯反應房間暖爐不能使用，等了很久後才有人來查看，確定暖爐無法使用後說要幫忙換房，卻給你一間充滿煙味的房間，對味道過敏的我們完全是折磨，詢問是否還有其他房間，並未得到回覆，只好忍著低溫哆嗦過夜 浴室水壓很弱，熱水非常不穩定，洗到一半時不是被燙到就是被冷到 離中央車站或Blaak走路約7-10分鐘 提早到寄放行李收3€，吹風機使用超過1小時要收2€ 唯一的方便點就是附近吃的很多”
