“Laney has worked hard to make a wonderful place to stay. She is an extremely responsive host, responding quickly to our requests.Shannon the housekeeper is great, extremely friendly and the unit was spotless.The neighborhood is perfect. There really is no beach here, more like large rocks but a great place to watch sunset. However a quick quarter mile walk takes you to a sandy beach, and the bustling waterfront pier and hotels with restaurants.We stayed in the downstairs unit for 6 days. It is……

“Our stay was lovely. Cute one story home on second floor. All the linen smelled very clean and fresh. Very spacious. It is older than what it seems in the pics but that’s ok. Joe was a great host, made everything super easy for us. He even let us check in early on day of arrival. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Steve’s place was easy to find and just a couple of minutes to the highway so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool area. Steve is a friendly guy who was helpful and easy to communicate with. The casita is very cute and probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. ”

“The home has a beautiful cliff view of the ocean and we were entertained by watching the surfers. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and in low 60's and the ocean even colder, so the hot tub came in very handy. However, we still enjoyed our time. Would definitely stay again.”

“Super cute . Fully stocked. From coffee , hot choc. Kettle , coffee maker . Hot plate , microwave a toaster oven to plate , cups silverware. If u forgot something there was toothpaste etc ( mini) in bathroom .”

“Lovely home, great ammenites, nice area. Clear communication with the host. ”

“My biggest issue was with our hot tub. It didn’t have any chemicals for maintenance, so we were only able to use it once before it looked cloudy and had a smell.The house was spacious. Decent location. ”

“Was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood and the home, which is perfect for a family gathering of three generations like ours on the occasion of a promotion to HS of one of our grandchildren. The neighborhood vibe is so much like ours in a seaside community in Santa Cruz County. We loved the crow’s nest, oversized bedrooms, open kitchen, oversized living area and the privacy afforded by trees/shrubs bordering the property. Will return as often as we can. “The property was situated on a hill, and the driveway was a bit intimidating, but the views and comfort made it worth it. The pool was perfect for children, and the backyard was peaceful and quiet. The downstairs area had its own apartment, which was great for teenagers. Upstairs, the space was open and comfortable. The house included plenty of amenities for cooking and had all the comforts of home. There was a washer and dryer, which allowed us to clean our clothes, and a designated play area……
