“Was a wonderful place had a great stay! 10/10 would recommend! ”

“The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower.……

“We were two families with 3 kids between 8-11 years old and had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The place is huge and equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. We were within a short walking distance to shops, amazing restaurants and beaches. A few of the days we cooked at home and had every……

“We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. Some doors are hard to open and close to the patio, but we fought through it. Beds and towels are fantastic. Furniture was great and decor was very nice, and everything was very clean. Personally, if I was staying here again, I would……

“Spacious and so very comfortable. Loved sitting around the fire pit in evenings. Can’t beat the location.”

“The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary.”

We really enjoyed looking at the ocean and opening the glass doors and hearing the surf.It was nice having off-street parking, but there was some confusion about the garage door code. Luckily, we could get into the garage to open it from the inside, so it wasn't a particularly big problem.”

“Photos and description were very accurate. 2 parking spaces in underground garage was a huge bonus. Sound of the ocean was so soothing; the water comes almost right up to the condo. Tons of natural light. Plenty of towels for the beach. 3 bathrooms, and 2 queen beds in each guest room. Spacious master. Used for my wedding weekend for my girlfriends and then had hair and makeup done there on the morning of. It was perfect. Very close to restaurants and shops.”

“Both front and back yard have no grass and the 2 car driveway is very narrow so we ended up tracking dirt into our cars and the house. Property was conveniently located and very easy to access. ”

“The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again!”

“It started with communication with Mary May. She is very responsive to concerns and questions. I felt that she wanted our stay to be the best possible, ever. If felt great to have that kind of attention, and then the house was in perfect position to use the beach. The upper deck was perfect for the afternoons when it warmed up. Beds were extremely comfortable.I would definitely go back to this place in the future.”

“Sadly, the pool was out of order and we didn't get a response back in time to use it. Ice maker didn't work and filter needed to be replaced in the fridge for drinking water. Waited a week to write this review hoping the owners would make things right since we didn't get the pool/hot tub...still no word. ”

“The home was clean, and had great hang out spaces Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and morning coffee. The walking distant beaches were rocky and were not accessible. Had to drive and park to go to Sandy beach. I would stay three again.”
