“Overall as advertised, older property and neighborhood was expected, street parking only was a tad cumbersome at times…mainly when neighbor was having a yard sale…lol. Only real negative was the yard area in back, which is just outside the unit entry, it is some sort of run down old greenhouse or set of planters etc. which if cleaned up or removed would improve the feel of the place, particularly when sitting outside. ”

“We came here for two nights since we needed to be out of our house. Everything was enjoyable. It's small but was too be expected. The first night there was a light on outside the back window but the manger went and took care of it to help us sleep. The onsite manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. She's a catch! ”

“Beautiful modern home with exceptional amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and overall very clean.Parking in garage and 2 more in the driveway.Owner lives in back house and very welcoming and responsive. Enjoyed the home and our stay.”

“Ok, it’s a neat little house, actually it’s quite charming. Sadly that’s only for the main house. If the description was more clear I would’ve known there are 2 houses that make up the residence. The kids are supposed to stay in the separate house. Seriously? The kids are older so it’s possible but the little house smelled & had mildew on the walls. It was disappointing b/c of that. But again, the main house is really nice. ”

“The property was as described and in immaculate condition. Shane was very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.”

“The property was within a couple minutes to the Oceanside harbor, shops and restaurants. The backyard was a nice little oasis, but there is a lot of road noise. The home was as pictured, the kitchen had everything you need to make meals, and the manager was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Great value”

“Very clean, almost brand new! Bright unit with the cutest courtyard. I walked to get groceries, coffee, wine, breakfast and shopping. Short walk to the water although, not a sandy beach but I didn’t care. I would stay here again! ”

“GREAT location, very walkable by the pier. Pretty cute place. They even had a couple drink tickets to check out the bars connected to the hotel. However there was a mold smell when you walk in the room, with significant mold discoloring around the AC unit. It was loud at night with the bar on the rooftop until around midnight, even on the second floor. Because of that, it was a bit overpriced for the overall experience.”
