“Très bon”

“We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. ”

“Wenn man das Memorial von Cean besuchen möchte, hat das Hotel eine super Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß dort. Für die Altstadt ist man ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Einen Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl kann man in gut 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, es gibt eine Bar mit freundlichem Personal und einen Pool. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind super, insgesamt war ich hier zufrieden.”

“Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.”

“We had a fantastic stay. Room was spacious and comfy. Constructive critisim would be when cleaning don't forget the shower seals as this was quite grimey. An under counter fridge would have been a fantastic touch as we went to the shop each night to buy tea due to food intolerance. I did report the bathroom door also as being difficult to open and close. I did get stuck in there one evening so luckily husband was there to let me out lol. ”

“Our hosts were gracious and accommodating. The property allowed for privacy yet easy access to the area. It was exactly what we needed for our stay - breakfast was generous and provided early to let us get an early start to busy days. We would recommend this B and B and we will come again. “The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“A 17th century inn out in the country, how much better is that? Staff were first class. Breakfast was wonderful. I stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer. ”
