“When I booked only 3 reviews were available two were 10’s the other a 2. I wondered if the 2 was a curmudgeon and if the 10’s were friends. Not a lot of other choices so I took the chance. This will now become my go to when traveling to Schenectady. It’s a studio (not a one bedroom) that is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. “The communication with the host was not good. Even though I had planned to arrive after check in time which is 3pm, I still did not have my check in instructions by 8pm. The property states free parking, yet there are only 2 hour free parking availability with signs posted. The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs which is not in the listing. The apartment smelled musty. I turned on the AC in the window and it did not work. The lights in every room had at least 1 or 2 out. I……
