“What a great experience we had at this hotel at this hotel in every way. There was a minor problem with our role when we checked in. The front desk went way above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us into rooms that would work. We are very happy this all worked out. On a sidenote, the free breakfast here was easily one of the best I’ve ever had, free or paid for! Top scores in every category, thanks to everyone at this hotel”

“Very nice and comfortable but hot tub was out of service and the extra pull out beds need a deep clean. It was unusable. The service was nice give the amount of staff and very polite. Staffing saved it.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. No mattress cover on the bed, mattress was old and dirty looking. Carpet in the hallway was stained and there were holes in the walls. the smoke detector in our room was hanging by the wires. Shower door was hard to open and once open, hard to close. We were woken up by yelling outside, police were present, and we found a syringe in the parking lot.Pictures were nothing like what we saw when……

“I like going to AmericInn. We always have a great stay. This facility doesn't have an elevator. I'm getting older& am having problems walking up& down stairs so an elevator would be helpful. Didn't even think about it when booking.”

“Absolutely LOVED our stay at the HODO! Such a great location and amazing property. Anyone can stay at a chain hotel…this place is special. The rooms are adorned with local artists / artwork and the accommodations are great. It says it’s a three star hotel…but our stay at the HODO surpasses many four and five star hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area too.
