“The rooms are modern and clean. There are USB points next to the bed, plenty of tea & Coffee and large bath towels. The beds are huge and comfy and it's just a lovely stay.”

“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“Beautiful hotel. The room smelt amazing and was lovely and clean and comfortable. Excellent Air Con and faciilities. The waterfall shower was incredible. Highly recommend!”

Good for value

"Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. "
