“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly but not very attentive at first tho it did get busy at times so I can understand. Food was ok, lot of competition around the area so menu could use some work. Hotel room was a dream, but there was a lot of dust in many places and public restroom/loo downstairs in the back of the restaurant area could use some deep cleaning. Also was disappointed that Brewdog no longer makes/sells their Hellcat drink when it was probably their best. Everything is……

“Loved this hotel. Everyone could not have been nicer. Service was extraordinary. My wife and I forgot our passports and also cash in the safe. The hotel concierge sent everything via next day service to our hotel in London. We were so nervous about not getting our passports as we had to leave the country in a few days. Money and passports arrived the next day. They saved our vacation.”

“Lovely modern hotel, really close to Piccadilly. Friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom with a rainforest type shower. Lots of extra touches like free sample drinks in the foyer, some sky channels in the room (sports, cinema etc) and a pod coffee machine. As other reviews have said there isn’t much room to walk around the bed in a standard room, I’d say only about 1ft between bed and the tv wall, so you had to shuffle (as bed is also up a small step) so if you have mobility issues perhaps……
