“The home was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything we needed. I think our favorite part of the whole trip was hanging out in the backyard on our last night - the big maple tree provided so much shade in the hot afternoon and the string lights were a nice touch while we made s'mores in the firepit at night. There's a great paved and divided pedestrian trail across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for a walk in the morning……

“It was a great stay, lovely property with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields, amazing sunset views from the front porch, and not a neighbor in sight. The hot tub and fire ring were welcome features to end our days with. Proximity to main roads, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah was a huge plus. Rating 5 stars because everything was exactly as advertised and the property was very clean with updated fixtures. We could have done with a more comfy couch and maybe a smart tv, but understand rural……

“Arriving at the property the gravel drive way took you up to the beautiful cabins which revealed a gorgeous Mountain View. The property grounds are very well maintained and the cabin was gorgeous. Very cozy and had everything as described in listing. We spent most of our time in the newly installed patio which gave a postcard view. “My family and I stayed at the cabin starting Christmas Day. We enjoyed our time overall and would love to come stay again but here a few things we wish we knew before coming. The cabin does not come with any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels,) and the nearest store is between 10-20 minutes away. Before coming please be aware to either stop on the way in or bring these with you. The property does not have any tv’s which in the summertime I’m sure is not an issue but we stayed in the……

“We stayed at this cabin for a long weekend and it was great. Nice private and quiet. Loved the hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen was nice to have. You do have to bring your own towels, sheets , and bath soaps which they do tell you ahead of time. The location was perfect for the National park and caverns. River outfitters for tubing and kayaking was a few minutes away. Definitely recommend this cabin! ”
