“The space was very dirty- every single room had trash from previous people including used toilet paper around the beds in the bedrooms, sticky smears on surfaces and the floors. There was even broken glass shards left on the ground around the table. The fridge and freezer were filthy, all the silverwear was dirty- food crusted on to each piece of silverwear. The only small food storage container was full of mold. I litterally spent the first 2 hours cleaning before I could even bring anything……

“It's a small apartment over a lived-in home, but you have your own parking and own private entrance. Out the window are redwood trees. Loved it.”
