“The property was basically an apartment. It was very clean and modern. Checking in and out was easy. There was a local bar nearby that got loud but it wasn’t loud enough to bother me while sleeping. ”

“Be aware of the homeless. We walked to our destinations and every street has homeless people. I wasn’t prepared for that with my teenage daughter. The facility was located in a great spot for downtown. ”

“The gentleman at front desk was very polite when I walked in and very helpful with information I needed to get to the Mayo Clinic in morning! The room was very clean and the breakfast had great choices and all the food was fully available!! The girl working it, was nice and on top of it all, and it was a packed dining area! Great overall experience!”

“This hotel is conveniently located near the 60 freeway with many options for eating and shopping close by. It has a secluded feel and is quiet. The breakfast is a nice, convenient bonus. Our beds were comfortable and clean and the room was free of bugs and odors. My only wish is that hotel policies would include more in-depth cleanings every few months, such as thorough vacuuming/dusting in areas missed in daily cleans, carpet shampooing and wiping down of walls and doors as needed. The inside……

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”

“ We had a great visit with daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. Room was perfectly located near the kids pool and crib and highchair were provided as requested. Staff was helpful in accommodating our requests for check in on arrival and late checkout. Multiple pools added good diversity to the venue. Good location in Scottsdale. Only thing lacking was we did not see any place for recycling of bottles or cans.”
