“I could hear every step/stomp that the person in the room above us made. The noisy ceiling made it hard to sleep. Other than that, it’s an okay place to stay if you don’t need any frills. ”

She helped us by getting a number to call Expedia and was very understanding of our frustration but went the extra mile to make everything right. She stayed on the line with the gentleman from Expedia and we got all situated. She is an angel and a great asset to the Hampton!! ”

“A great budget hotel when visiting Bardstown. Close to everything. Clean and has very comfortable beds. Only downs were lack of a comfortable chair and a “low rider” commode. Minor things. ”
