“Situated in a prime location. Under 10min away from absolutely anything you may need or want to do. I went to see if Charlotte, NC was somewhere I'd like to live. I'm sold. And my Kasa Edison experience played a large part In that decision. Staff was very helpful and attentive even though there is no on-site staff. Room and grounds were exactly as depicted in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, discussions, opening/closing of doors, etc. And in my case, the……

“Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, from dishwashing and laundey detergent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The building was in a newly constructed buidling and gated. The pool was just a walk away in another gated section. We were very close to downtown and the highway. We will stay here next time we're in town.”

I without a doubt was literally floored as to how beautiful the condo was. Absolutely immaculate. Gorgeously decorated, well stocked so my kids and I could make meals….. They literally asked if we could buy it! The gym is surprisingly well equipped and super clean, the pool was amazing, the view from the top floor……
