“Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. Charlene from the management team was quick to respond to……

“We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

“Our apartment was in a part of New York City, where you could get anywhere easily. It was beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. The management company was easy to contact and they had everything ready for us. When we arrived. We hope to stay there again in the near future. The only problem we had was the trip was too short. “An absolutely delightful group of individuals who assisted with all the pre-planning paperwork and details to assure our smooth arrival. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Care was certainly given to provide a comfortable space to reside for our 6 nights. Appliances were very clean and operable. Security in the building is absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect space to spend our short-term getaway in the "Big Apple." HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO.”

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
