My only negative is i wish the description included the full amenities it came with such as blow dryer, iron, full set of dishes and cook wear, sugar, creamer, salt and peopey”

“Amazing location, there's no way to adequatelydescribe it. Bachelor elk herd, beautiful babbling stream, no road noise. Easy access to RMNP entrance and town. Property overall was very quiet (just before high season) and clean. It's a little more tight than pictures make it the kitchen and living area appear, but we were only there evenings. The loft is not particularly insulated soundwise from the bedroom and has a skylight for early a.m. rays. Dishwasher is broken, not a big deal but would be……

“Beautiful scenery! Look up at a mountain side, fish in the river, go for walks around the property, use the community hot tub. Saw a herd of Elk up the mountainside and elk hoof prints on the grounds. Very close to Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was as advertised except the jetted tub didn't work after several trials. To be fair though, it was the last night before we left before we tried it and we were tired so we didn't give the property manager a chance to fix it. But overall we really……

“The Room I rented was stunning, Massive space for the price! Room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the river. Just wish it had wifi that was on into the night, other than that, Loved the room.”
