“Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Drinks, bartenders, servers and buffet were good. Out of the restaurants only one worthwhile is the steakhouse. Kyoto-bad service and food was subpar. Took them 40 minutes to bring us our ice cream. Next time would just do buffet and steakhouse. Entertainment was great-Jamaican show and Michael Jackson were amazing. Riu party was a waste of time(travel time close to 2 hours) and rarely any reggae music. Beautiful rooms and views. ”

“Wow. Great hotel I great area. Lovely room. Walking distance to many, many places. Sweet service in hotel bar and good breakfast there. Sooo glad we stayed there. Wish we'd had 14 days, not a mere 4.”

“Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. Upon arrival in the restaurant there was nothing left and I asked for the food to be prepared and we were sent to various persons who……
