“Had a great stay at Excellence after working 28 days straight a solo trip was much needed. Had a great time. The staff was amazing. From my experience the club beach wasn’t that great. Beach area by main pool was the best. Food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Look forward to my next visit. ”

“My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing. The grounds were kept beautiful, the pool and the beach……

“Loved the staff, room and location!! Disappointed that pool bar open 2 days out of 7, buffet 2 days out of 7 and not many food options. Would suggest when less guests you offer better food instead of skimping out...make guests feel you care about their stay instead if cheapening it.”
