The balcony/porch was amazing!!! And the hosts have thought of everything. Every little detail was taken care of and it made our stay so fun and easy. ”

“The place is located nearby everything. We enjoyed our boat ride to Channel Islands, dining, and shopping. Only thing that I wish I knew about was the stairs to the property. My sister recently had a surgery. Well, now I know. Other than that the place was clean and pleasant!!”

“The apartment we rented for a girl's getaway was beautiful. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There were four of us and the two bedroom, two bath was perfect. It was in a great location and the owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We will be back!”

I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. I had a plan to make that all work for me. There is no other option to shower otherwise. It……

“We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible ”
