“This is the perfect little space for two people, and actually quite roomy for a studio. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was, but it did have a Keurig and a couple mugs.I loved this quiet location in Meiner's Oaks. It's just 2-3 blocks from a bunch of restaurants, including The Farmer and The Cook, where we ate several meals.This unit is attached to an existing home and shares the driveway. “Truly assumed the pictures were cropped or edited and that what was promised couldn’t be true. Thankfully, completely wrong. A beautiful apartment next to the ocean and retreats. The host is responsive and the goodies appreciated. I can’t recommend enough, though I’m a prematurely sad that available dates will be in short supply once more people experience this hidden gem.”

“We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others. ”

“The Patio Suite was wonderful with its vintage Santa Barbara charm and great location. The space was comfortable and well appointed. The vintage tile in the kitchen and bathroom was beautiful.
