“We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay……

“The home can use a deep clean but overall it was clean and ready for us. Biggest issue was the pool area. Several places have tile that is broken or missing. The landscape needs attention with a lot of weeds. Grill and smoker were unusable because they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Also lots of leafs and dirt on the patio and outdoor furniture. “We enjoyed a nice getaway weekend. The shuffleboard table was fun, kids loved the pool, I enjoyed the massage chairs a lot. I was a bit annoyed by shoes not being allowed inside as that really aggravated my plantar fasciitis, though I do understand wanting to protect the carpets. Overall, we had a very good time.”

“Very pleased with our stay, from inquiring until checkout Mark was very responsive and kind. As mention before the area is sketchy but it was very quiet and I didn’t feel concerned or scared. Home was clean and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS. Never found a rental so big for near that price. I will add that there is no carpet or rugs anywhere in the home so bring socks or slippers. “Clean accommodations. Plenty of room for the 3 families (9 children in total) that stayed. All communications were answered in a timely manner. “This was a great house and location. Close to both the Rehearsal and wedding location. Great are aro walk our two little dogs too. Only one suggestion is getting a couple little outdoor chairs and little tables would be great for back area. Loved playing ping pong upstairs too. ”
