“I enjoyed my stay. House was clean, no odor. Had every thing we needed. Kitchen dishes, pots and pans and toiletry for a week. Bed was comfortable!! The theater downstairs put a twist to things. Would recommend !! ”

“The house was simply but nicely furnished. Parking was plentiful. The layout of 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 up a short flight of stairs provided adequate separation for differing bedtimes and needs. All the beds were very comfortable. Air traffic noise was not an issue. We were very satisfied with this property for our family stay. ”

“This is a beautiful comfortable home, and we had what we needed. Beautiful big refrigerator, oven and nice dishwasher so we could easily prepare our meals here . There are lots of windows so it is a bright spacious place. Our host was gracious to meet our needs above and beyond. We really appreciate the no pets policy because of significant allergies in our family. We were grateful to be able to accommodate our whole family and made some great memories here.👍”

“Worked just right for us, with upstairs bedroom and bath for our daughter who stayed part of our time there to prepare for a big exam.Kitchen had everything we needed with one exception -- no corkscrew for our wine.Despite being on a busy street, the house was very quiet, which we really appreciated.We also appreciated the information book from the owner and owner's manuals for the appliances.”

“This is an immaculate, beautiful, historic home, and the area was perfect for us to visit our college student at St Thomas, walk to restaurants, and go for runs on Summit Ave. I had some issues with the VRBO site when booking, and the host, Michael, could not have been nicer or more patient as we worked out a solution together. A lovely experience!”
