“The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off……

“We were very happy with every element of the hotel. The service was warm and welcoming. The hotel is very charming and tastefully decorated. The room was cooled by central air-con. The turn-down service was a nice surprise. We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant and it was a very fancy experience with amazing views from the balcony. The food was top notch quality. I recommend this place to everyone. You will not regret staying at Al Sole”

“Exceptionally clean room. Friendly owners, and by Italian standards a very nice breakfast. About a 15 mins walk to town. The WiFi did not work very well though. Overall a very good choice. Pizzeria Piola nearby does an excellent pizza, better than they look from Google maps.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites. ”
