“The staff were so friendly, they didn’t not just help us with the check in but also answered other questions we had about other activities in the city. The hotel is humbled yet clean and had everything we needed, the bus stop to Venice is right in front of the hotel. Recommend it l!!”

“一個4星的飯店，房裡沒有杯子水壺，牆壁的壁紙發霉，朋友過敏的很嚴重，一直打噴嚏流鼻涕，要喝點熱水，去櫃檯借水壺跟杯子，她說沒有提供，她把最糟的房間給了我們，早餐是我旅行2個月來最沒有選擇的飯店，連新鮮的番茄蔬菜的沒有，只有加工過的肉品，很失望。”

“The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy. It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia. However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. ”
