“We booked a room for two nights, it was fairly inexpensive and convenient to the venue we were going to. When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly & gave us the room keys. Our room was on the back side of the building on the bottom floor (unsure if that is relevant to the problem) and when we opened the door, the smell of body odor/stale cigarette smoke/mold/mildew was like a punch to the face. We were running late for a dinner so we decided to get ready in the room anyway & would……

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“Conveniently located. Comfortable rooms. Interstate noise if staying on that side of hotel.”
