“This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, the decor is stunning and the service is fantastic. Although the evenings were cool in February, we could still enjoy drinks (excellent cocktails) on the patio which had the most fantastic sunset views. “A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. ”

“Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it……

“Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das Playa Feliz sicher wieder buchen!Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,traumhafte Lage und das Essen im Restaurant ausgesprochen gut!Allerdings waren im Restaurant SEHR viele Kinder,mich hat es nicht gestört…aber?”

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer (Nr.531) was bereits renoviert wurde. Dort war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung , bei uns hat die Putzfrau jeden Tag geklopft und wollte immer irgendetwas säubern, Handtücher/Bettzeug tauschen etc. Sehr freundlich und gründlich, Top. Mit etwas Trinkgeld gibt es auch kleine Geschenke der Putzfrau (z.B. ist die ältere Sitzcouch dann mit einem Schonbezug versehen worden, sehr aufmerksam) Die Einrichtung selber war in Ordnung, dem Zimmerpreis angemessen. “The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! “The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay. ”

“Poolen är uppvärmd till 23-24 grader men det känns kallt. På eftermiddagen är hela poolområdet i skugga men på taket är det sol. Trevligt med havsutsikt från balkongen med morgonsol. Ingen bar eller restaurang men det finns flera i närheten. Trevlig personal. Parkering finns. Poolhanddukar finns att låna. Luktade lite fukt i sovrummet, vet inte om det var pga närheten till havet. ”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
