“My husband and I stayed there for 3 days at the end of May.we loved the room, and the location was perfect.it was easy to check in and out for our stay.the breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.we would recommend staying here.next trip to Krakow we would definitely stay there again ”

“The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines.”

“We liked this property very much. It was in an ideal location with the town walkable in one direction and the Jewish area in the other. There was a supermarket opposite for anything we needed. Having said that, drinks and snacks in the minibar were very reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback we can give is that the room lacked a full length mirror and we missed the cleaning a couple of days because we were in the room late afternoon……

“Fijne en unieke locatie! Goede uitvalbasis om de stad te verkennen. Personeel is behulpzaam maar niet altijd capabel. Meerdere vragen, waaronder waar kunnen we een fiets huren konden niet worden beantwoord. Dit hebben we uiteindelijk zelf uitgezocht. In de ochtenden was het heerlijk wakker worden met de kerkklokken van de Wawel. In de avond was het wat luidruchtig vanwege party boats die voorbij varen. Als je een vroege slaper bent en met het raam open wil slapen, kan dit hinder……
