“I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. “My experience staying here for several days was wonderful! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food tastes amazing and the hotel inside and outside is beautiful. “Amazing stay. Premium facilities and clean rooms. Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria. Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu also needs upgrading. I highly recommend.”
