“Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei……

“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice?
