“Riad Semlalia is a true oasis in the middle of the bustling Fes medina, with stunning rooms and inner courtyard, beautiful rooftop terrace with a pool, and the best breakfast we had in Morroco. Abdul was also a fantastic host, always available to help and upgraded us at no cost. The location is a bit far from the centre of the medina and most restaurants but definitely within walking distance and easily accessible by car (though we didn't always feel comfortable with the men lingering around the……

“Nos hôtes étaient vraiment super, nous nous sentions bien accueilli et respecté. Le Riad est magnifique et super propre! Petit déjeuner copieux. Bien situé au milieu de la medina, des locaux nous ont aidés à trouver l’endroit. Je recommande fortement!”

“A peine arrivées et installées dans notre chambre, on nous demande de partir car la chambre était réservée par d autres personnes, je réussi a avoir la patronne de l hôtel au téléphone et là je n en revient pas , elle me dit quelle ne travaille plus avec expédia que ce sont des voleurs car ils font des promos sans avertir les hôteliers, et qu elle leur a envoyé un mail pour annuler ma réservation, ( réservation faite 10 jours avant). Je lui dis que j ai payé 6 nuits et que ces problèmes avec……

“J'ai beaucoup apprécié le Maroc et la gentillesse de ses habitants, mais je garderai surtout la "saudade" du riad Jaouhara à Fès, un havre de paix. Bien sûr la gentillesse et la classe du personnel ont agrémenté encore plus ce séjour, en commençant par son directeur, Ali, d'un charisme exceptionnel et ses collaborateurs semblables à son image, comme Ahmed (très cultivé)la jolie Souka, Amin et un autre monsieur dont j'ai oublié le nom (qu'il me pardonne). Chacun parlant parfaitement……

“A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned……
