“Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei……

“Very warm welcome from the staff when we arrived. We was quite hungry and we ordered Pastilla. It was freshly prepared is totally delicious, though it's not cheap but worth trying. We also had dinner there. The dinner set is good and big but not all of them fit our taste and sorry for the waste. They served slowly and we had time to enjoy. The room is very clean and spacious for 2. It's a bit walking to the Medina but it's not so hard to recognise the route. ”

“Excellent staff. Hamza is a helpful manager. Breakfast is simple but good. You can request more items. Roof terrace is pleasant for relaxing. We were here for the coldest part of the year so the rooms can be drafty. Heating was provided. Be aware the Mosaic Room opens directly onto the restaurant and it can be a bit noisy when people arrive at the dar, or are eating there. Bab Guisa is the nearest taxi stop on arrival, 5 minutes walk away.”

“Fueron amables con nosotros pero necesitamos la factura después de haber pagado. La necesitábamos para hacer una reclamación a la compañía aérea ya qe habíamos perdido el vuelo de conexión y también perdimos un día de hotel, que cuando llegamos nos dijeron qe habían alquilado nuestra habitación y por eso ya no estaba disponible. Aún así nos facilitaron con rapidez otra habitación diferente y nos dijeron qe no nos cobrarían ese día. Al final nos cobraron todos los días hasta el que no……
