“Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable nights sleep. The bath products provided were label as paraben and sulfate free.I didn’t use the pool or gym available due to my late arrival and one night stay. I did however enjoy making myself fresh waffles for breakfast the next morning which a staff member was continually monitoring clean and restocking if needed. Definitely would stay here again and makes me look for Hilton facilities for additional hotel……

“Great accommodations, as I was in town for my son’s graduation from Carson Newman. I had my mother with me who uses a walker and a wheelchair and she enjoyed herself. The only struggle was how the bathroom door not opening all the way. We will definitely stay there again. ”

“We were in town for just one night for a volleyball tournament, and this hotel was a quick 10-minute drive straight up the highway to the Sevierville Convention Center, super convenient. The exterior is absolutely charming and gave off that cozy, old Charleston vibe. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to let us check in before the official time. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options. We’ll definitely be staying here……
