“Our running team for the Seneca7 relay-race needed a place to stay the night before the race, and a few of us also several of us hadn’t met one another before. The enormous main space was perfect, and included a pool table, a piano, a phenomenal sound system, and very comfortable furniture. The rooms were perfect, and the upstairs loft bedroom is gorgeous. Everything was top notch. Well worth it. I just wish we had time to stay a second night and recovery there too. ”

“Lovely old house- (you think drafts with an old house but not at all . It was cozy and modern and classic as well. Plenty of space! Fab kitchen ..everything you’d ever need. We had happy hour at the house and brunch. Had dinner out.Second floor 3 bedrooms comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms has a pretty sun porch. 2 nice bathrooms on that floor.Third floor has 1 bedroom and a nice big bathroom. Also on the third floor is the pool table -TV -fun hangout spot there. “We had a nice time at Maryann's property last week. The location was great and was in the middle of many great wineries, restaurants, and towns. The cottage was clean and it was beautiful to wake up on the lake! The sunrises were incredible!”

“We had a great time; this cottage was nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a perfect location! We enjoyed going to Letchworth Park; the gorge and waterfalls were stunning and the park was beautiful. We loved driving around and exploring the area; lots of cute little towns and scenic vistas were everywhere. Lake Canandaigua has some nice restaurants and the town of Canandaigua are a great place to spend a vacation, even in the off-season. The town of Naples has a great wood-fired pizza……
