“My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious! “The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. ”

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. Good for a family of 4 or less.Pets:Good……
