“It was our family holiday to travel around New Zealand from overseas. We booked two bedrooms in Marakura Deluxe Motel, Te Anau for 1 night so as to take Milford Sound cruise next day. It was a nice spacious ground floor 2 bed room with beautiful lake view, the kitchen is fully equipped, the parking space is just next to the building. However, after we Checked-out, we received an email telling us the bucket inside the rubbish bin was missing, asked us where the bucket was. Otherwise, the hotel……
