“Staying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. “We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. “The front desk was very friendly and he made our check-in process effortless. As we were checking out, the staff was very helpful to store our luggages until we left for the airport later in the day and we were able to enjoy the city without having to worry where to find a new place to store our stuff.
