“Wonderful stay for my son and his friends at Mindy's place! Everything was clean, she had all the supplies you needed and the use of two fire pits and a gas grill. Mindy dropped off extra cofffwe when we were checking in and asked if we needed anything at all to make our stay better. There were plenty of towels and pillows and extra supplies; and a ping pong table in the garage that was fun to use. Plus the backyard setting was wonderful for the guys to sit around the firepit and chat after……

“Nice option vs. a hotel. Clean, nice garage parking space and overall vey quaint! I would stay here again if given the opportunity!”

“Loved the hotel! We’ll be back! Loves the full size refrigerator/freezer in the room and the free continental breakfast. The only things we didn’t like were their showers, that didn’t have doors to close. Therefore, cold air came inside the shower while showering. Also, everywhere we walked smelled like strong marijuana!! I have a newborn so I didn’t like that at all. Other then those two things, the stay was great!”

“Impeccable arrival instructions, extremely responsive host, && fabulous walkable location!!! Feed your parking meter!! (cheaper than the garage but the meter maids will ticket you if you’re not on top of it) Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of downtown directly above a bar with a smooth jazz band. Week nights are chill but Indy has a GOOD TIME Thursday-Saturday. Nothing a little white noise from YouTube couldn’t fix. The MOST COMFORTABLE pillows and duvet covers and……

“Stayed with friends for the Purdue basketball game at gainbridge. House was clean and had plenty of beds. Street was a little noisy but the house more than made up for it. Would stay here again!”
