“It was a relaxing stay and as described. It did require an additional 10 at check-in to the park, but that’s not unusual. The camper was as described and clean, and most essentials for a short stay (could have used a roll of paper towels). Comfortable outdoor seating. As a plus it included coffee for morning brewing. The park was near restaurants, shopping, etc., so a good location. The pool was short walk in the park. Gated security monitors access to the park, and the surrounding area……

“This was a very nice place for staying in Key Largo. It is in a well maintained campground mostly for RVs and permanent homes. It was on the marina water and had a great deck and spent mornings and evenings sitting under the tiki hut looking at the water and those on it passing by. The best was the manatees visiting! ”

“Ramses was great, communicates well and the rental was what we expected. Just booked again.”

“We did not stay at the property at all. We thought it was a home and a RV space we were renting. That’s what VRBO pictures showed. It was an RV space only. Since we had no RV there wasn’t much point of staying. The property manager said she would refund us any monies we paid them. Jury is still out on what VRBO does.”

“Spot was suitable for our needs. Came down for lobster opening season. It is on the small side so if you have a big truck towing your camper, you may not fit. We had to park in the overflow lots. Site needs trash and recycle bins. Also, considering the location and advertising of dock space, the owners really need to invest in a fish cleaning table and a hose. We had to unhook our camper hose to wash down the boat and gear everyday. Good thing our camper hose was long enough!! ”
