“Best house by far that we have ever rented in Marathon. Fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen. Spotless and beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool, putting green, cornhole, and the pool table. We will return to this property.”

“I just returned home (sadly) after staying at this home for the month of June. I’ve been coming to Marathon for 30 years but this was my best trip yet. The home was well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. I had everything I needed and then some. This canal is the best canal on this side of KCB hands down, no neighbors to look at across the canal, and it’s the widest canal as well. “This is our second stay in this unit and the perfect spot to use as base to enjoy the Lower Keys. Unit has excellent appliances, comfortable furniture, and all of the household items needed for a good vacation. The Venture Out resort itself has a range of nice amenities and I like the 24 hour security and restricted access. Property rules are reasonable and easy to abide by. The bonus equipment like bikes, hammock, grill, and kayaks are very much appreciated. Watching the sun rise from the deck……

“We really enjoyed the property! The space was great and a short drive to activities. Erick was super helpful and gave great tips on places to eat. He was readily available for any questions that came up. Two things to note- the bathroom for the main master only has a tub, no shower (so 3 bathrooms and two showers). Also, the bbq grill is a community grill at the club house, not on the patio. We may have been the only people to use it, so it was not a wait for grill our food. Overall, excellent……
