“We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat the location, waterfront! My daughter paddle boarded and we kayaked daily. One night while eating under the tiki hut a manatee swam by! We will definitely be back. The only tiny issue is the loft ac was not blowing cool air. However, that didn’t stop my daughter from sleeping in it. She loved the space. The owners were responsive and I’m sure they will fix the issue. We hope to stay here many more times! ”

“11/10 THE perfect location! First impressions are important and the owner nailed it! Super Clean, very nicely decorated with the beachy theme and did I say clean!?Well stocked kitchen, new appliances, huge fridge, and pantry. Cards/games for downtime.They have a nice propane grill, was perfect to cook seafood outside on the porch. Oh yeah, the porches and balconies - grab a drink and watch the chickens lolSpacious 3 bedrooms with 3 FULL bathrooms. There were plenty on linens/towels.……

“This space was perfect for my husband and I. It was on the south end of Duval and further away from the action that we thought...but that actually was a great thing (quieter sleeping!) The walk to the other end of Duval was an easy 20 minute stroll with lots to see on the way. But best of all was the communication and help from the host staff-- concierge Maria was extremely helpful in recommending activities and actually booking them for us; they picked us up from the airport and drove us back……
