The common amenities were extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the docks (with fish cleaning station) for fishing and amazing sunsets, grills, pool, sauna and clubhouse daily. “Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again. ”
