“My first time here, friendly staff however the place could do with a complete update, the restaurant area in particular was quite dates, sticky tables, worn out chairs and dull decor, the gym and pool areas were pleasant as was my room.”

“What makes this B+B stand out is the attention to detail in making guests comfortable. Little things like providing body lotion, plenty of cups/mugs so you don't have to try to wash up, fresh milk, plenty of sockets for your phone etc and much more. On top of this the surrounding countryside is beautiful and quiet, the breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice, and the hosts provide a warm welcome.”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. “We were greeted by a charming guy called Alex. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did his very best to give us a room with a sea view, even though we’d not originally requested one. Rooms are comfortable, bed was comfy and we slept well. The hotel is near all amenities and wonderful walks around Mumbles and the pier. We’ll definitely stay here again. ”
