There were 4 beds, all very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets.We were within walking distance of Folly Beach, which was actually much easier than driving because of the lack of parking at the beach (or lack of free parking). The view from the porch was lovely! It was a very quiet location (third floor, end unit). I would add that some kitchen equipment could stand to be updates (i.e. a skillet with a firm handle, some more plates). ……

“This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends.”
