“The home was absolutely gorgeous, it was better than the pictures. It really does have a million dollar view. I loved the beachy nautical decor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The small town of Folly Beach is charming, very tiny, no parking in town but we ordered take out from The Crab Shack and it was delicious. Everybody was very friendly. It is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend going. We have a good time. Thank you Ms. Henry, you have a lovely home. ”

“Check in was easy. The condo is beautiful! Very very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of different sized pots and pans. There is even a crockpot! I loved that we were oceanfront. The patio is fantastic. No obstructed views. The beach is so clean so is the ocean. We will definitely book this again when we return to Folly!”

“This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends.”

“Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo is extremely clean and well taken care of. The view off the balcony is stunning and we loved being walking distance from the many restaurants and shops nearby. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the pier. Kim is an amazing host! ”

“Property is perfect. . If you want a hot shower in the upstairs, though, you would be out of luck. Lukewarm at BEST! Outside shower is great for rinsing off… would be AWESOME if it was enclosed to take a complete shower. The sun warms the hose water so TGAT is a nice warm water source! 🤣 Kitchen is stocked well for pots/pans, etc. no spices were there though as we normally find when we rent places on the ocean. I’ve never seen a kitchen with so many Tupperware container tops and so few……
