“This unit was exactly as described and perfect for two people. A great location, only a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and well kept up. We had a couple of questions at check in and our contact person answered this right away. The only drawback was the tv, it was streaming only. We usually like to have our morning coffee while we watch the news and couldn’t do that. Would definitely book this property again.”

“This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. “We had a very nice relaxing stay at Folly. The place was very clean and had amazing views from the large third story porch which opened to the bedroom and the living room. You had views over the water to the east and west which made for great sunrises and sunsets. It has a convenient tuck under parking spot. Since we flew in for our stay, it was also nice that it was equipped beach chairs and a cooler which we utilized on the beach. ”

“Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need.
