“We always stay at Charleston Ocean Villas when we come to Folly Beach. We love that all the condos are oceanfront and we can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Charleston is only about a 15 minute drive. You can keep as busy as you want or do nothing but walk the beach. We usually come off season - we have visited in January, March and October. We look forwarding to our next trip to Folly Beach and Charleston Ocean Villas. ”

“Our first trip to Folly's beach. This property was great. Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants are only a block or so away. It has all the annemeties we would expect. We even got a nice surprise as they had beach toys and chairs for us to use. We will definitely be renting here again”

“Check in instructions were very easy and communicated to us in multiple ways (email and text). The property manager actually gave us the option of checking in at noon on the day of our arrival for an addition 50 which gave us an extra afternoon at the beach! Very convenient beach access and incredible view of the beach from the porch. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Property managers were readily available and quickly responded to our questions. Could not recommend this place enough! ”
