“Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper,……

“First, working with the rental agent Vacasa was terffic. They were very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine. Folly's Beach is busy and parking difficult so it was terrific to be close enough to walk to the beach or downtown for dinner and not move our car. Had a couple of windy days during our trip and the pool was the place to be. The beds are comfortable and showers great. It is an older place, but it is very comfortable and very clean. ”

“The condo units in this building are great! We have stayed in a few of them. We love the location and size. The view!!!! This particular unit could use an upgrade. “We stayed in July of 24 with our extended family and had a great time. Folly is a little beach bum town in the best way. There were no crowds at restaurants and no party scenes like other beach towns we’ve been to. The condo itself was exactly what we needed for our group. The pool is very underwhelming, which is what made me realize this is a beach lover’s town. It wasn’t an issue, but an adjustment for our kids who prefer the pool. The freezer does not have an ice maker (only 2 ice trays)……

“House is beautiful, with plenty of room. The decks and pool area are a great place to gather. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The top floor sun deck provides amazing views of the sunset and star gazing. Check in was easy, and the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars on Folly. “The condo was very nice! It was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and well organized. The only thing that could have been better was the opportunity to get in early. “The property is clean and comfortable. The back porch of the property is facing the mariner which was perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings to watch the boats and the sunset. “Love the location and the property was great. Though there were some minor areas of wear that a little paint touch up would take care of. It was so easy to find and access. “This unit was exactly as described and perfect for two people. A great location, only a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and well kept up. We had a couple of questions at check in and our contact person answered this right away. The only drawback was the tv, it was streaming only. We usually like to have our morning coffee while we watch the news and couldn’t do that. Would definitely book this property again.”

“Myself and my two young adult children stayed at the Folly Jewel for three nights. It was fantastic! For me it was the perfect combination of proximity to the beach (about 600 steps from the unit to the ocean water) and cost. There is guarenteed parking. The beautiful ocean cottage decorated unit is nice and clean. It is an older building, but the window ac units kept it comfortable and it is well maintained. I love the location, close to ocean and easy walking to all the fun of the Folly Beach……
