“This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

This hotel has it all: excellent staff and great service, a brilliant location just steps from the city, a secure and private car park, a pool and other amenities, and to top it all off, the breakfast was superb. Our stay at the Hotel du Chateau made our visit to Carcassone a pure pleasure. ”

We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. ”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. The bathroom came with a tub. Bathroom was spacious. The water pressure was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has an amazing view of the citadel. We did not have a room with a view but many rooms have full view of the citadel. The only minor issue was the room was a little too tight with not much room for our luggage. We recommend this hotel. ”

“Du træder ind i receptionen, og til tonerne af meget diskret, klassisk musik modtages du med et håndtryk og et ægte smil. Du er velkommen. Lokalerne er rigt dekorerede, men alt synes nøje udvalgt, fra de gamle fotografier på væggene til skakbræt og kunstbøgerne der ligger tilgængelige. På vej til dit værelse går du gennem den lille, have, hvor roen kun brydes af den sagte rislen fra det lille springvand, mens de hvidmalede havemøbler indbyder til en pause i skyggen af det store træ. “接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。”

“Ravis de notre séjour de deux nuits chez Béatrice et Éric ! Nous avions une suite familiale pour nous 5, hyper calme, spacieux, avec la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Maison avec un charme fou, petits déjeuners excellents, et agréable table d'hôtes en prime si on a la flemme d'aller chercher un resto (mais les hôtes ont de chouettes recommandations !). Bref une réussite, merci !”
