“Stayed here last summer in a superior room, really impressed. Had to make do with just a river view room this time which I thought would be ok. It was in need of some TLC! Nothing major but for the sake of a few hours work and a lick of paint it would have been fine. The hotel itself is lovely and you can’t fault the breakfast. Would stay again but only in one of the superior rooms”

“I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was our first stay at a Pousada and it will definitely not be our last. We were given an upgrade to a suite on arrival which made our stay even better. The staff are all very friendly and efficient - first class level of service. ”

“Great second stay this year in this hotel. Overall it is very good but if you like your cooked breakfast, be warned that it’s almost cold every day. We did tell the staff but nothing changed. We hoped when we returned that things may have changed after the busy new year period but the breakfast is still the same. I’m not sure on other meals as we were b&b only. ”

“En general correcto, ya que los muebles de cocina esta no estan muy en condiciones. Tuve un problema de cucarachas, concretamente dos que me hicieron tirar todo aquello que tenia abierto. Les avise y le echaron un produ to y unas pipetas pero al dia siguie te vol ian a estar ahí. Eso sí tanto la ubi acion como las camas era perfecto”
