“When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold……

“We loved the cabin we stayed in. The attention to detail was great and design was so charming. We used the BBQ to grill one night, we took the bikes out and rode to the village one morning, and our kids loved the hammock. We will be back to stay in the 4 bedroom next time!”
