“Unfortunately this was one of those self-serve properties were everything in need has to be text to the other party and then you receive nothing that you need. I wish they could have let us at least use the pool prior to checking in. Also some request did not get responded too for 6 hours which led to a lot of frustration. On the plus side I did like the hotel just not the service. The girlfriend said she would not go back.”

“It’s a beautiful property. I enjoyed a lot of the experience but felt generally nickled and dimed. Few issues - shower temperature was difficult to control, and was burning hot. No reasonable upper limit was set to protect guests. - I had a garden view room and the door and screen were consistently off their track making it hard to open and close - the family pool service attendants were reactive and didn’t ask us what we wanted until after we went up to the attendant stand - similarly……

“First time staying here and I feel like coming back. The hotel is a cute vibe, loved the pool and the restaurant. The food was delicious, I had lunch and breakfast and everything was amazing. Alejandro was very informative when I checked in and the staff were very chill and nice. Already thinking about coming again for Coachella next year and I think it’ll be my go to hotel whenever I go to Palm Springs. ”
