It’s within walking distance to downtown, in a walkable neighborhood, and had enough room for 5 of us comfortably. I will say if you are a taller person, I suggest staying upstairs, we had a few head bonks going down to the basement. The check in and out process was simple. We had a couple maintenance issues pop up and management was super fast in responding and offered to come over and fix it. ”

“Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. ”

It also has very convenient access to public transit, highways, and O’Hare Airport. This was a perfect space for our stay and we will recommend this space to friends visiting the area in the future. ”

“I would definitely stay here again! It is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! Very convenient location, in a very friendly neighborhood with lots of trees and very close to the beach. I would suggest providing an extra set of sheets to allow guests to make a bed on the couch and also extra towels to allow 2 towels per guest. Parking is on a first come first served basis on the street but not much you can do about that. We didn’t have any issues with parking. Both nights we found a……
