“Overall 5 stars, parking was easy, safe location, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, grocery and coffee very close! Had a small issue that was user error and the owners responded quickly. “Me, my friends, and girlfriend all stayed here together for the weekend. We attended collect-a-con over in Rosemont and then also did a little day trip to downtown Chicago for mine and my friends birthday! It was really nice staying here, super cozy and cute. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors were friendly :)”

“My team member and I stayed 4 days while attending a Conference. We used the nice kitchen for breakfast and packing lunches. Rooms were cool with AC on some very hot days. The unit was sparkling clean. The only issue if we had to find something, would be its a second level not explained in posting. But we managed just fine. Another great perk was an appointed parking spot right next to the stairs. We had a very nice stay”

“It was a beautiful place. Lots of shared space for our two couples. Two full bedroom suites with separate bathrooms. There was garbage by the inside door when we arrived, but all else was clean and comfortable. It was a VERY humid & hot weekend, and the window a/cs just couldn't keep up, but nighttime was mostly pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond.”

“This is a really wonderful apartment. It has everything, including a washer and dryer, closet space, a stocked kitchen all wrapped up in one cute apartment. It's modern and close to Northwestern and the beaches. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!”
