“Property and location were great. Tons of places to eat and grab a drink if that’s what you’re into. Close enough to wrigley to walk. Tremendouse value! Only issue was check in. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. ”

“Check in was pretty easy, 3 codes total to get into the apt but after a few days we had the codes memorized and it wasn't overwhelming anymore.Room was a bit crammed for 2 adults and a dog but we made it work for our 5 day stay. I would recommend that hosts have (2) luggage holders instead of (1). The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so soft!Apt was in a great location and neighborhood. "At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want to highlight that every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the poor state of the accommodations."
